Skill Set: Successfully initiated and completed large scale integration projects.

• Responsible for architecting and designing software using .NET components, standards, patterns, services and frameworks.
• .NET technical architect must possess strong team lead skills, as well as strong technical leadership skills.
• Demonstrated application development expertise utilizing three or more of the following technologies: .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET), Visual Basic, SQL Server, Active Server Pages, JavaScript and/or VBScript
• Have experience working in a team development environment as a technical mentor

3. Business Development Manager

Sangarmaal Softech is looking for a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager at our offshore development site in Delhi, India, you will Oversee sales activities, develop sales strategies, provides support, and facilitates problem resolution for team of  Business Development team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation, prospecting and customer servicing
• Proposal preparation, cost estimation, price negotiations and closing the deal
• Market analysis, competition analysis and devise marketing strategies
• Meet Revenue Targets
• Interact with Project Managers / Accounts Manager for procuring more work from existing clients.
• Identify, research and evaluate new business opportunities, establish contacts with clients to understand their business needs
• Determine client business requirements

Qualifications
Required:

• Must have a minimum of 3+ years experience in IT Solutions sales / marketing with last 2 years specifically in sales of offshore development services.
• Strong negotiation, presentation & communication and analytical skills
• Thorough knowledge of developing business cases based on appropriate background analysis, understanding of client needs and other market dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Past demonstrated experience in managing teams
• Must have International business and cross-cultural management experience.
• Travel will be on an as needed basis
